Sugary foods and drinks, like alcoholic drinks possess high energy and if eaten much may subsidize to weight increase.

Salt is essential to our health because it contain iodine, but consuming more salt is dangerous to our health. Even if you don’t add salt to your food, you may still be eating too much. In our breakfast cornflakes, soups, lunch and dinner contains little amount of salt. Eating much of salt content through food will increase your blood compression.

People with high blood pressure are more likely to develop heart disease. Food labels in food will help you to choose the right kind of food. More than 1.5g of salt per 100g means the food is high in salt. Adults and children over 11 should eat no more than 6g of salt a day. Small children need less than 5g of salt in a day for maintaining healthy body.
